Keep On Keeping On

When I read that quote, my faith is stirred and I am really encouraged to pray.  We live in such an ‘instant’ culture and age – we’ve come to expect fast food, fast travel, instant transactions, and what we want when we want it – no delays.  We so easily get discouraged and give up when we don’t see instant results to our prayers.

Purpose to walk by faith II Cor. 5:7.  Faith says, “Keep on believing, keep on praying, keep on listening and learning and loving the Father.  Keep watching for His answers.”

Ps. 5:3 In the morning, O LORD, You will hear my voice; in the morning I will order my prayer to You and eagerly watch.

Hab. 2:1  I will stand on my guard post and station myself on the rampart; and I will keep watch to see what He will speak to me,…

Luke 18:1  Now He was telling them a parable to show that at all times they ought to pray and not to lose heart.

Therefore be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in God’s work… pray.  1 Cor. 15:58
